Delivery and Returns
Delivery charge is £3 for most items, or £5 for items such as paints or aerosols which require courier delivery.
We use a mixture of Royal Mail and specialist couriers for delivery depending on your order. You should expect delivery in 3-5 working days. You can leave notes during checkout for any special delivery instructions - but please note asking for goods to be left in certain places will be entirely at your own risk.
We offer a 100% no quibble guarantee within 28 days of purchase, if you are not happy with any item just return to us and we will issue a refund or replacement goods. Postage charges will be excluded from any refund.
